We are proud to support young people who aim high, work hard and achieve success the right way.
Celebrating Achievement in Every Form
Student excellence is not limited to examination results. It is seen in the confidence of a young performer, the resilience of an athlete, the curiosity of a scientist, the creativity of an artist, the responsibility of a student leader and the determination of every child striving to achieve their personal best.
Our role is to create the environment, support and opportunities that allow every student to flourish.
Academic Achievement
Academic ambition is central to life at Kings’ School Al Barsha.
Through expert teaching, high expectations and personalised support, students are encouraged to think critically, work independently and take ownership of their learning.
Strong academic outcomes are achieved through a culture that values curiosity, effort, confidence and meaningful progress.
Results the Right Way
At Kings’, we believe outstanding outcomes should never come at the expense of wellbeing, character or happiness.
Our approach to results the right way ensures that students are challenged and supported in equal measure. They learn to aim high, reflect thoughtfully and develop the resilience, independence and confidence needed for long-term success.
Sporting Achievement
Sport develops more than physical skill. It builds confidence, discipline, teamwork and resilience.
Students at KSAB have opportunities to train, compete and represent the school across a wide range of sports. Whether participating recreationally or competing at a high level, students are encouraged to develop commitment, sportsmanship and pride in their performance.
Creative and Performing Arts Achievement
Creativity is an important part of a Kings’ education.
Across art, music, drama, media and performance, students are encouraged to express themselves, develop technical skill and build confidence. Our arts programme provides opportunities to perform, exhibit, collaborate and create work of real quality and purpose.
Leadership and Character
Leadership is developed through opportunity, responsibility and example.
Students at KSAB are encouraged to take initiative, serve their community and contribute positively to school life. Through student leadership, the House system, mentoring, service and co-curricular roles, young people learn to lead with confidence, empathy and integrity.
Student Stories
Every student journey is different.
Through student stories, we celebrate the achievements, ambitions and personal growth of young people across the school. These stories reflect the breadth of opportunity at Kings’ School Al Barsha and the many ways students discover their strengths and shape their futures.
Kings’ Alumni

In Yasmin’s words: “I feel extremely lucky to have a Kings’ education behind me and to have benefitted from such strong support from the academic team. I was fortunate enough to have been awarded a dual sports and academic scholarship that presented further developmental opportunities and pushed me to work to the best of my ability. I was always interested in business and relished the opportunity to establish the Kings’ Enterprise Club. I carry with me great memories and friendships from Kings’ that will remain with me and continue to shape me as an individual throughout my career, and my life.”

In Michael’s words: “I have always been interested in aviation and aeroplanes, there’s something about being able to control, design, and improve what are essentially giant flying pieces of metal to this degree of accuracy and convenience that’s so alluring. I guess it’s also about the whole importance of the industry to the modern eceonomy and how relevant aviation is becoming in everyone’s lives. Engineers have lots of ethical responsibilities and can play a role in improving the world. For me personally, a potential route is to continue doing research.”

Preparation for the exams for extremely challenging as I had to travel to the UK for university auditions so the encouragement and support from the academic team was invaluable. Kings’ played a huge role in getting me to this point in my life.
